Who you are…

We are looking for enthusiastic teachers to join our Lead Teacher programme from varied geographical locations.  You are an experienced practitioner who has used the Literary Curriculum to develop a love of literature and raise standards in your class.

What you’ll be doing…

  • You'll love sharing your passion with others and be willing to invite teachers and senior leaders into your classroom from time to time, to share your practice.
  • You'll be keen to write blogs about different aspects of the Teach Through a Text approach and other elements of your practice, to be published on our website.
  • You'll write case studies detailing your school's journey using the Literary Curriculum, to be published on our site.

You’ll need to…

  • Have experience of teaching using the Literary Curriculum, ideally across multiple year groups or phases.
  • Ideally be part of a school that uses the Literary Curriculum as a whole-school approach.
  • Be enthusiastic about delivering and embedding a book-based curriculum.
  • Have an area of expertise or particular interest, e.g. Early Years, Reading, Drama etc.
